Pizza By Ruffin is a pizzeria run by wife and husband Colleen Constant and Isaiah Ruffin. We started our culinary business journey on a short school bus in Colorado. Three years later we made our way to Washington state doing the things we love most... making pizzas. Now we are in our first brick and mortar making pizzas and building community.
